How to persist freeze column settings across sessions in Looker Studio?
A question from LR12345 today, who wants to keep freezed columns persistent between sessions. Often, you need to find the right place to make the change, here: Style ribbon!
The question
Hello,
I have a table chart with a lot of columns. Is there a way to make the freeze column setting persist across sessions and for all users of the report, so that we don’t have to spend time on it every time?
Example: I freeze the first 2 columns of the table, it works fine. If I open the report again, the freeze setting does not persist, forcing me to freeze the columns again.

The answer
Right clicking on the chart in View mode and selecting columns to be freezed is not enough if you want to make the change persistent. To do so, you need to go to Edit mode, click on your table, then on the Style ribbon, go to Freeze all columns up to and make your selection. This way, the change will remains everytime anyone opens the report:
