How does Looker Studio Support for companies work?

Pretty easy! The idea here is to open a Slack/Teams channel so your team members can contact us anytime to ask questions about issues they might be facing with Looker Studio (formerly known as Data Studio).

It could be around best practices, a formula that is not working, help to connect third-party data sources, pivot tables formatting... It could be anything they need to do in Looker Studio so they can save time and focus on what really matters.

Once they contact us, we'll either answer directly the question in Slack, or set-up a videocall to find out more about the issue before proposing the best solution.

No need for you to hire a Looker Studio specialist, you've got one handy whenever you need (please refer to F.A.Q. below for more details).

No, if you don't use Slack nor Teams, we'll find another way to make it work.

How many support hours do I get?

Depends on your needs! Let's talk and we'll see how we operate. From experience, clients either purchase from us:

  • A set of hours, to be used when you need them the most
  • Or an unlimited support for a monthly fee, pricing depending on SLAs & expected volume, can be revised monthly if you wanted to

Really, it's up to you, tell us what you need and your budget, and we'll make it work.

When are you available and what are the SLAs?

We work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 GMT to 18:00 GMT. If you catch us during this time frame, you can expect an answer almost instantaneously, worst case within an hour. If not, it'll be the next working day when we start our computers and review pending messages. For videocalls, we'll make an effort to be available during your working hours when necessary. There's nothing coffee can't help with.

What languages do you speak?

English, Spanish, French. And currently learning German, we like these fellow and want to provide the best services in their native language as well.

What if we want less hours, more hours, discuss other options?

Again, just ask us! there's always a solution :)
